With the following information, we would like to inform you, as a visitor of our website, about the purpose, nature and extent of the processing of personal data and your rights under the data privacy law.

Our website is constantly being revised and developed. It also follows that these data protection notices are regularly revised and updated.

The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal information. As far as on our side personal data (for example name, address or E-Mail addresses) are raised, this takes place, as far as possible, always on voluntary basis. These data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit approval.

Use of personal information
(information about your identity)

The collection, processing and use of personal data, such as name, address, telephone number and / or email address is not required for the use of our website. If, in reasonable cases, it is otherwise necessary, (eg to answer individual questions or to provide certain services for you,) we will inform you. Your personal data will be stored and processed in accordance with the German data protection regulations.

Storage of cookies on the device

Cookies are small text files that are usually stored in the browser of the visitor’s terminal for the duration of the current session, ie until the browser is ended, in some cases, but also beyond. Depending on the settings of your browser, we collect information about your use of our website through the use of cookies. Cookies help us to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of our website, as well as to make our offers as comfortable and efficient as possible for you. On the one hand, we use so-called “session cookies”, which are cached exclusively for the duration of your use of one of our websites. Second, we use “persistent cookies” to capture information about computers that repeatedly access our website. In this way we can offer you a better user guidance as well as “recognize” you and present you with repeated use as varied a website as possible and new content. Most browsers accept cookies, but it is possible to set the browser to refuse all cookies or to notify you when a cookie is sent. In this case, a limited representation of the website may be expected. Cookies can be deleted at any time.

Data transmission and logging for internal and statistical purposes

When accessing our website, data is transmitted to the web server of our website provider. These include, but are not limited to, the date and time of access, URL of the referring web page, retrieved file, amount of data sent, browser type and version, operating system, and your IP address. It is not possible for us to assign this data to a specific person; they are stored separately from other data that you enter when you visit our website. These data are for statistical purposes and will be deleted after the evaluation.

Web fonts

Our website may use so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform representation of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly. To do this, the browser you use must connect to Google’s servers. As a result, Google learns that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a consistent and attractive presentation of our website and online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

More information about Google Web Fonts can be found here:

https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq

and in Google’s data privacy policy:

Google Maps

In addition, if necessary, e.g. for better driving directions, Google Maps are displayed. For this, program libraries or map contents of servers are called by Google. We point out that in this context, through this use external servers from Google in the US can be accessed. Unfortunately, we do not know at the moment whether Google logs this server request and continues to use it. We assume that in this regard, the privacy policies of Google apply. Therefore, it is probably stored in any case, your IP address for a period of several months. Incidentally, the same applies to Java Script elements that could be loaded by Google servers for browser compatibility purposes (for example with IE9).

Integration of Youtube videos or content

On our website we also use videos and occasionally podcasts. With videos and podcasts content is easier to understand. For this we use external providers such as Youtube. We also occasionally include other videos from external sites. Again, third-party providers are used. Technically, it comes through the inclusion of videos, to call the server of the respective providers, such as Youtube. For the associated use of data from your browser or device, we refer to the privacy policy of the respective provider.

Additional information about YouTube’s privacy is provided by Google at the following link:

External links

For your optimal information, you will find links on our pages that refer to third-party sites. As far as these are not obvious, we point out that this is an external link. We have no influence on the content and design of these pages of other providers. The guarantees of this privacy policy therefore do not apply.

Contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your approval.

The processing of the data entered into the contact form is therefore exclusively based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The information you provide in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or delete the purpose for data storage (for example, after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal regulations – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.

Data security

We have taken technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorized access. All our employees and all third parties involved in data processing are obliged to comply with the Federal Data Protection law and the confidential handling of personal data. Our hedging measures are continuously revised in line with technological developments.

Please note that data transmission over the Internet (for example, when communicating via e-mail) may have security gaps. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.

The use of contact data published in the context of the imprint obligation by third parties for sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby expressly excluded. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails.

Information / revocation / cancellation

On the basis of the Federal Data Protection law you can contact us free of charge with questions regarding the collection, processing or use of your personal data and their correction, blocking, deletion or revocation of a given consent. We point out that you are entitled to a correction of incorrect data or deletion of personal data should this claim not be prevented by a statutory retention obligation.

For all questions regarding the collection, processing or use of your personal data, information, correction, blocking or deletion of data and revocation of granted consent, please contact the e-mail address stated in the imprint.

Data Protection Officer

Due to the size of the company, the nomination of a data protection officer is not required.
